Leila Fleming Staffler
Democratic Candidate, Precinct 5
CNMI House of Representatives
Email:
Leila Fleming Staffler began her journey in civic leadership as an educational leader, organizing school‑outreach events and collaborating closely with PTSA and student‑leadership organizations.
Building on that foundation, she went on to serve in the 21st Legislature, organizing precinct‑outreach events and leading civic processes.
She also volunteers with a diverse group of civic‑advocacy organizations — from the Developmental Disabilities Council to the Statewide Rehabilitation Council, the State Workforce Development Board — and is active in the cross‑territorial coalition Right to Democracy, uniting territorial voices for civic rights.
Her passion lies where civic activity, cultural expression and community empowerment converge.
